Every horse at our ranch goes through a proven desensitizing and foundation-training program designed to prepare them for real-life riding situations. Our horses are exposed to tarps, flags, road traffic, water crossings, loading and unloading, arena and round pen work, bareback riding, clippers, cross ties, dogs, farm animals, and much more. We work hard to ensure each horse is calm, confident, dependable, and ready for busy family and barn environments. Before leaving our ranch, every horse has a strong background in ranch and trail riding.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our average customer is around 55 years old, and many are either inexperienced riders or first-time horse owners. Some rode horses years ago and are now returning to riding after decades away from it. Because of this, many of our horses are carefully selected and trained to suit beginner and novice riders.
