FREIGHT.

As a general guideline, we ask that you allow up to one week for delivery. In many cases, we are able to arrange transportation within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. However, we prefer to provide realistic timelines to avoid any disappointment.

We have our own trailers and experienced drivers who handle horse transportation to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Before shipping, we follow a standard preparation process. A health certificate must be obtained from our veterinarian, which may take a few days and is required before the horse can travel. During this period, we prepare the horse for transport by administering Probios and electrolytes, moving it to a private paddock or stall, and ensuring it is properly groomed prior to departure.

HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

A number of our customers prefer to visit our facilities to meet and try different horses. To ensure we maintain a safe, organized environment and provide the highest level of service, all visits must be scheduled in advance.

Effective January 1st, 2024, all appointments require a $500 refundable deposit to schedule a visit for any horse you are interested in. This deposit will be applied toward your purchase if you decide to proceed. If you choose a different horse during your visit, the deposit can be transferred to that horse. In the unlikely event that you decide not to purchase a horse, the deposit will be fully refundable
